Office Space Available to Lease
I’m delighted to announce that I am in the process of purchasing the office condo unit out of which I am currently working. This means a few exciting things. I’ll be moving to one of the larger offices, changing the décor a little, and doing some light renovation. It also means that I’ll have 2 office spaces available to lease starting March 1.
The first space is the room from which I am currently practicing. It is roughly 10 by 11 feet, has a south facing window with lots of natural light and a dedicated closet space. I’m asking $650/month for this space.
The second space is one of the larger rear offices. It is about 13 feet by 20 feet, has a north facing window, no closet, and is very calm and quiet. It has been used as a group therapy room, and would be perfect for anyone who wants or needs a little more space. I’m asking $900/month for this space.
Both spaces come with all utilities and internet included. There is a shared reception area, bathroom and kitchenette. It is right off the I-85 right where it connects to 15-501, so it is convenient from Hillsborough and points west, as well as Duke and Durham.
